Marketing Assistant

Weber County, Utah

(Must be local with the ability to travel to client locations)

 Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is enthusiastic, creative, and not shy about engaging with clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves the flexibility of working from home but is also ready to hit the road when our clients need us. You'll be an integral part of our team, helping to fulfill client needs and contributing to various marketing projects with your innovative ideas. You will be the primary backup to Ryan our CEO.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Ryan fulfill client needs and helping each client each month with personal contact and making sure their needs are met.

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet client goals.

- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

- Manage and update client records and projects using our digital tools.

- Be available for Ryan, help with his schedule, and help alleviate the communication pressures that he faces consistently. 

- Travel locally to meet with clients and execute marketing initiatives.

- Help Ryan set appointments with clients and potential clients to ensure effective scheduling.

- Contribute creative ideas for content, promotions, and campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools.

 

 Ideal Candidate:

- Lives in Weber County and can travel locally.

- Friendly, outgoing, and not shy about interacting with clients and the team.

- A creative thinker with a keen interest in marketing.

- Technologically adept with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software and tools.

- No specific training in marketing is required, but a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn are essential.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A team player with a desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.

I anticipate this position being 3/4 to full-time. It is flexible although there are some things that will be time-sensitive and require attention under a schedule. Pay is negotiable and will depend on experience. Anticipated pay will be between $3500-$4000 per month.
